Addressing: All our addressing is done with state-of-the-art, high volume ink jet and laser printers. Ink jets work best when high volume demands speed for quick turnarounds. Need a special font or precision addressing? Rely on CITYMAIL’s laser addressing capabilities.
Inserting: While we’re glad to help you develop specifications for machine-insertable mailings, not every mailing package can be designed that way. Which is why clients appreciate the speed and special care our staff devotes to carefully compiling and hand stuffing envelopes of all shapes and sizes. We can insert up to six items at a time in a standard envelope.

Our machine inserters can insert upwards of five thousand pieces per hour, with “misses” flagged automatically.
