CITYMAIL has Post Office approved software that creates a unique barcode for the addressee, to save you money. Do I need a mailing permit?It depends. You can avoid the $380 initial PO fee and the $190 annual fee by using CITYMAIL's permit at no charge!What size Postcard is cheapest to mail?If your postcard is no larger than 6" x 4.25" you can mail it at an excellent First Class rate, as low as 23 cents.How do I setup my design for mailing?There are some set rules for mailing areas on your printed piece. Send a proof to CITYMAIL before your piece is printed so we can advise you on these rules.How should I submit my mailing list?Microsoft Excel is the norm, but .csv files are also acceptable. Avoid submitting labels and Word files, as you may not be able to get a lower postage rate.How should I submit my artwork?If you're printing with us, artwork should be submitted as a print-ready PDF, if you are unsure if your artwork meets our standards, please contact us first.
