A Message to Our Clients Amid the COVID-19 Emergency:

Dear CITYMAIL Customers, Partners & Future Clients,

I am reaching out to send my regards to you and your family during this strange time of crisis and unease. I am sure you are all doing well and taking care of one another to the best of your ability.

As you are aware, Governor Baker has set in place a "stay-at-home" advisory for all non-essential businesses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. CITYMAIL is a mail and fulfillment supplier that associates directly with the United States Postal Service on a daily basis and we are following the lead of the USPS by staying open for the time being. We take these matters very seriously and are constantly staying up to date with the rapidly changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus.

We are also taking substantial precautions for the safety of our staff and clients. We are running with essential staff only, and respecting the distancing guidelines set in place by the CDC while at work. We are cleaning, and cleaning, and cleaning, between every use of every workstation, implementing strict hand-washing guidelines, and in some cases “quarantining” incoming mail. In the meantime, we are also doing everything in our power to support our employees so that they are able to continue to thrive, and return to work with us healthy and happy when this crisis is over.

As everything seems to be frozen in time [at the moment] we realize that business all around us is coming to a slow simmer. Our hearts go out to the non-profits and small businesses significantly affected by this freeze. We are wishing you all the best of luck during this time and please know that CITYMAIL is here to answer any questions or help with any projects that may come about.

We have valued our partnership with you and your organization for all of these years and when things turn around in the world we look forward to continuing to serve you once again.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns – I am happy to assist.

With Kind Regards,

Guy Zaccardi
